Ed Priest, President/ Chief Executive Officer
Edward Priest is the President and CEO of Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Co. He assumed this role in April 2016.
Davis-Ulmer was founded in 1946 and is a full service provider of fire sprinkler, suppression, alarm, and security systems through its eight offices serving northeastern United States and employs over 300 people.
He started his career in February 1989 and moved through the ranks in all aspects of the company.
He was a fabricator, designer, superintendent, sprinkler fitter and worked in purchasing and sales.
Mr. Priest was named Vice President in 1997, Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and President in 2015.
He led the company’s expansion in the late 1990’s early 2000’s when he opened branches in four new markets. In 1996 he further diversified the company’s abilities. He added several top fire suppression and alarm brands which brought about the Special Hazard Alarm and Detection division.
He acts as a coach and mentor to the Davis-Ulmer staff, providing support and advice as they build and maintain the positively different customer relationships that are the cornerstone of the company.
Inspection and service work have become the backbone of Mr. Priest’s vision on the growth for the company. The 2005 acquisition by APi Group allowed Mr. Priest the ability to further expand the company with Six Davis-Ulmer branch offices and through the acquisition of W & M Sprinkler Co. in NYC, S&S Suppression in Tappan NY, Rich Fire in Atlantic City NJ, K&M Fire in Plantsville CT and Beach Lake in Scranton PA and Brooksville FL.
Mr. Priest and his wife, Meg, have a daughter (Alicia) and a son (Matt)
Priest serves as a Trustee on the Board at Cazenovia College, a Board Member for University Medical Hospital Advocates, a Member on the NFSA Future Leadership Committee and enjoys traveling, fishing and snowmobiling with his family in his free time.
Jason Stoler, Vice President
Jason Stoler is the Vice President of Davis Ulmer Sprinkler Co.,Inc, a premier full service fire protection company that is located throughout the Northeastern United States.
Jason began working for Davis Ulmer in 2001 as a salesman and project manager where he was responsible for the sales and execution of projects ranging from $20,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. After his initial years of dedicated service, Jason was promoted to Branch Manager in Rochester, NY and then named Vice President in 2006.
Prior to joining Davis Ulmer, Jason worked for a local fire protection company where he learned the various aspects of the business.
Jason holds a business management degree from Ithaca College.
Outside of work, Jason is actively involved with fund raising efforts for the Golisano Children’s Hospital. He also enjoys sharing his passion for lacrosse. He is actively involved with The Penfield Youth Lacrosse program. In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife Kristine, and supporting their sons James and Drew on and off the lacrosse field.
Greg D’Imperio, Chief Financial Officer
Greg began working for Davis-Ulmer in 1985 in the Liverpool office when that and Buffalo were the only two branches of the company. When Greg first started, all of the accounting was done with pencil and paper. He was crucial in computerizing the accounting department to make it more streamline, accurate, and efficient. The company grew and Greg became the CFO in 2005 when they were purchased by the APi Group Inc.
While working, Greg worked towards an advanced degree – achieving that goal by receiving his MBA from Empire State College in Saratoga, NY.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Joyce, their four grown children, and their growing grandchildren. Bowling and disc golf are just a couple of the activities that are enjoyed with the family.
